  13. I re-checked our DoSetUpMenus methods and the bothersome menu (which is set up
  14. in ourView.DoSetUpMenus) and its items are not explicitly disabled.  I then set
  15. gRedrawMenuBar to true in the ourView.DoIdle (phase=idleBegin) and called
  16. DoSetUpMenus with no change;  the bothersome menu is still enabled, although
  17. all of its items are disabled.  Again, a mouse click immediately disables the
  18. menu.
